A slower paced Yoga class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing a deep release of tension and stress throughout your entire body. Lots of time for lower body deep stretching to occur. This class is ideal for runners, weight lifters, people on the go, and professional couch potatoes. Taught in a heated room 90 to 97 degrees.
Power Flow –
A regular series of yoga postures to allow flowing, breathing, strengthening, balancing, twisting, releasing, cleansing and renewing. A little cardio, a little strength, alot of stretch and being present in your own power. Power Vinyasa Yoga style classes taught in a room heated to around 98 degrees.
Deep Flow –
A slower paced Hot Power Yoga class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing deep release of tension and stress. Relaxed ambiance is often set with candles and relaxing music. All levels class ideal for anyone needing to de-stress.
Zen Glow- Friday 530pm
Zen class in the ambiance of candlelight. It will lift your spirit, calm your mind and leave you feeling wrapped in love.
Follow the Yogi – Tuesday Noon
This is a practice led by a teacher on their mat and you follow the teacher’s simple pose cues or by visual. The teacher will call the pose and then allow space for breath. A powerful practice to develop a meditative breathing practice. A familiarity with the Power Yoga sequence will help you to be more comfortable in this class.
Hot Yoga’s Yin/Yang provides the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lower spine and quiet the mind.
Dance Dance Party Party is a women-only freestyle dance session happening all over this great Earth. But what does that mean? Women from all ages enter a dark room with a bunch of strangers, dance their asses off to an eclectic mix of dance songs, and leave as friends, refreshed. It’s like reliving that late-night dance party from a sleep-over party you had when you were 10. It also just so happens to be incredible exercise that you don’t even realize you’re doing.
